Delivery

When will I get my order? 

It takes 5-10 days to fulfill an order, including custom design of box and 80 cards and printing and cutting and packaging at the manufacturer, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: USA: 5-10 business days International: 17-35 business days.

We always do our best to ensure that your order will arrive on time, however, delivery dates are for reference only and are not guaranteed as it also depends on third party carriers services which we are unable to control. In general, the majority of orders will arrive between the estimated arrival dates.

To ensure your orders arrive to you damage free, we use well-insulated packing materials in strong and secure boxes which are specifically designed for transit.

Will I be charged customs for my order? 

Additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Do I get to preview & choose Pre-Written Content?

Yes! You will be directed to a Custom Order form after checkout. There you can enter all of your Custom Information, Upload your Pictures, Salutation & Closing Signature, Letter and you can view pre-written content, create your own custom content or mix and match pre-written & custom for a total of 78 Cards (not counting your Photo Card & Letter Card)

When will I receive my Cards?

Due to the Customization of the Cards, considering design, printing and shipping, there is an estimated arrival time of 10-14 Days, depending on where you live.International Shipping will take longer.

Can you Deliver to a P.O. Box?

Sorry, at this time, our Manufacturer is Unable to deliver to a P.O. Box.

Are there International Fees?

You will need to check with your Country & Customs for any Import taxes, duties or other fees that may be charged and collected during Importation & before Delivery.
