Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to the Living Legacy Oracle Cards™ Affiliate Program. This document outlines the terms and conditions (Terms of Service) governing your participation in our Affiliate Program. By participating in our program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Affiliation

As an affiliate, you agree to promote Living Legacy Oracle Cards™ in exchange for a commission on sales generated through your unique affiliate link.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates will receive a 10% commission on net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, returns) directly resulting from links to www.LivingLegacyOracleCards.com. Commissions are paid bi-monthly, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold of $25.

3. Payment Method

Commissions are paid via PayPal within 60 days of the end of each month. Affiliates must have a valid PayPal account to receive payments.

4. Obligations and Conduct

Affiliates must use ethical marketing practices and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.

Affiliates are prohibited from using spam or misleading advertising. All promotional materials must accurately represent Living Legacy Oracle Cards™ products/services.

5. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our logos, trademarks, and promotional materials for the purpose of promoting Living Legacy Oracle Cards™.

Affiliates must not alter or modify any branded materials without prior written consent.

6. Legal Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional activities comply with all relevant laws, including the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

Living Legacy Oracle Cards™ reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in the case of breach of these terms by the affiliate.

8. Limitation of Liability

Living Legacy Oracle Cards™ will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in USA, in accordance with USA Governing Law.

10. Amendment

Living Legacy Oracle Cards™ reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and must comply with the revised terms to continue participating in the program.

By participating in the Living Legacy Oracle Cards™ Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
